Grace Bunghanoy-Diama, LCSW, BCBA, LBA
Hi, I'm Grace, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

I provide compassionate telehealth therapy for adults throughout Hawaii, with a special focus on helping women navigate anxiety, burnout, grief, caregiver stress, and the life transitions that often come with midlife. Whether you're an empty nester rediscovering your identity, feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and family, caring for aging parents, or coping with a significant loss, you don't have to carry it all alone.

Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with mindfulness and holistic mind-body practices to support your emotional well-being. My goal is to help you reduce anxiety, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and create lasting, meaningful change--so you can move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and renewed purpose.

Compassionate Counseling

Mind-Body Care
In my practice, I offer a holistic approach that blends mind-body awareness with evidence-based psychological care. This integrative model supports not only symptom relief but long-term healing and transformation by addressing the whole person-mind, body and inner self.
